Thursdays 5-7.30pm

In this After School Club, students will experiment with pine rosin, a natural, biodegradable and re-meltable material that’s harvested from pine trees. Led by designer-maker Jacob Marks, the workshop will see each participant craft their very own pine rosin face, covering areas such as colour theory, composition and working with bio-materials.

The pine resin will be used to cast various facial elements, such as noses and eyes, as well as poured on the surface of the face itself, bonding all of the elements into place.

This is a free opportunity for 15 state school students (age 14-18).
