For thousands of years, people have cast jewellery, monuments and everyday objects to preserve stories and memories. Join Studio miman for a sand casting workshop, where you’ll make and cast your own object while exploring: What deserves to become metal?
Working with modelling clay, sand moulds and molten pewter, you’ll transform an idea into a small object to wear, carry or keep.
This is a free opportunity for 15 state school students (age 14-18).
