Farm to Furniture was a four-day Summer School where students created furniture pieces using natural materials. The workshop was led by architect and material scientist Georgemma Hunt and designer-builders Flimsy. Students learned how bio-based materials are driving landscape regeneration across farms in the Fens, experimenting with bio-composite materials from wetland plants and prototyping functional, playful furniture pieces.⁠

This was an opportunity for 15 state school students aged 14–18. The outcome of Farm to Furniture was exhibited at London Design Festival 2025.
