In the Drum Machines After School Club students built their own drum machines using motors and Arduino. We explored the sounds that things in their house make and used them to create their very own multi-part instrument. In the process, students covered the basics of electronics and Arduino programming, such as controlling lights and motors, and reading sensors and buttons.
