In August STORE teamed up with Ruby Violet for the Ruby Violet X STORE Summer School in Coal Drops Yard to design and make a range of ice lollies with local secondary state school students. The Summer School was led by experienced ice cream innovators Julie Fisher and Maria Mastrofrancesco, and designers Tessa Geuze, Thor ter Kulve and Felix Isidorsson.

Students explored how to start their own ice cream shop. Developing their own unique ice lollipops as well as creating their own ice cream cart and logo. The designed ice lollies were made into silicone moulds filled with Ruby Violets delicious seasonal natural juices.

The designed ice lollies were sold by the students in their own ice cream cart during London Design Festival.
