Mondays and Tuesdays, 5pm - 7:30pm

Paper Pulp was a free hands-on workshop series experimenting with recycled paper to form paper pulp decorations. Students learnt how we can reuse waste paper, forming a unique and adaptable new construction material. They were guided through the process of translating a sketch design into a layered and carved mould. Through experimental pulp recipes, they explored texture and worked through different colour techniques and combinations.

This was an opportunity for 15 state school students (age 14-18). The workshop resulted in a series of paper pulp decorations for students to take home.
