Join us for a free After School Club in May guided by ceramicist Gabriella Gormley. Together, we will explore and deconstruct the humble handle, designing and crafting our own unique set of ceramic addendums for FLAWK’s future buildings. We will be using material and conceptual elements from the building site to design and make prototypes, which will then be 3D scanned. Through hands-on techniques, from plaster mould making to press moulding with clay, we’ll learn how to craft plaster moulds and use them to produce a series of playful handles.

This is an opportunity for 15 state school students (age 14-18). These workshops are in collaboration with FLAWK. The designs worked on by students will feature in FLAWK’s future buildings.
